【Product Features】
BIOFIX NL-28 has excellent fastness improvement performance and is especially good for the fixing treatment of nylon and its blend fabrics, such an nylon and spandex fabrics.especially suitable for medium dark fabric color fixation. 

BIOFIX NL-28 has good stability to acid, levelling agent and hard water, and is not easy to produce color fixing solid spots.

Besides, BIOFIX NL-28 is environmentally friendly and does not contain banned substances such as bisphenol A/B/S/F/AF.This product is bluesign APPROVED.

【Application area】
BIOFIX NL-28 is recommend for the fixing of nylon and its blended fabrics after dyeing

【Application method】
As the pH value of the working fluid is just within the pH value range required for color
fixation, BIOFIX NL-28 can be directly added into the secondary cylinder of dyeing machine during the fixing procedure, without add acid to adjust the pH value of working solution.

Proposed dosage :    3-6% （o.w.f）
bath ratio :      1:10-20
Treat at 70-80℃ for 20-30min.

【Note】
1、 This product is anion and can not be used with cationic additives. If BIOFIX NL-28 is
needed to use with other finishing auxiliaries, please do the compatibility test at first.

2、 The appearance of the color fixing agent may differ due to different storage time, but it does not affect the color fixing effect.

3、 After opening the package, use it as soon as possible. After taking out the material, cover the bucket and keep it sealed to prevent the surface crust caused by the
volatilization of the fixing agent.

4、 This product is acidic and irritating to the skin. Avoid direct contact with the skin
when taking the material.

【Package and Storage】
Package: 125kg each plastic drum.
Storage: 6 months at room temperature（0～40℃）. Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place. No exposure to rain or sunlight. 

【Other Matters】
The indications given herein are correspond to practical experiences. Owing to the difference of dyeing machine and operating process in various factory, the process conditions cannot be claimed to be completely.

Thus, the actual application process of this product should be obtained by galley proof test before mass production.

In case there is any discrepancy between the Chinese edition and the English edition, the Chinese edition shall be prevail.
