【Product Features】
Yellowing of white and pastel coloured textiles is very often as result of the presence of
phenol-based antioxidants (butylated hydroxy toluene derivatives).

FK-162LF is an innovative product can be used to prevent such yellowing of nylon and its blended fabrics while blocking the free amino end-groups of the nylon.

The yellowing of nylon can be reduced to a very large extent and reach to grade 4-5 by the use of FK-162LF under the suggested application condition.

As FK-162LF is a foam-free product, the application of the whole process does not make foam, and is especially suitable for the dye cylinder post-treatment process, which can overflow cylinder running smoothly.

Also, it has little influence on the color change and the fastness of the heat molding, and is especially suitable for anti-phenol yellowing finishing of underwear fabrics.

In addition, FK-162LF is environmental and APEO freely.

【Application area】
FK-162LF is applied for the anti-phenolic yellowing process of nylon and its blended fabrics, especially for fluorescent white and light shade fabrics which has serious problem of phenol yellowing.

【Application method】
Impregnation technology:
FK-162LF 2.0 - 4.0 %（o.w.f）
Citric acid 0.1 - 0.3 g/L
Treat at 50-60 ℃ for 20-30 min, and then spin, finally drying above 100 ℃。

【Note】
1. The anti-phenolic yellowing performance of FK-162LF is also affected by the pH value of
nylon fabric. Thus, users also need to ensure that the pH value of nylon fabric should be adjusted to 4.5-5.5 to obtain the optimal anti-yellowing performance.

2. Because the anti-phenol yellowing agent's washing resistance is generally not very good, do not wash after the anti-phenol treatment process is completed, and directly dehydrate and dry，otherwise it may cause the anti-phenol yellowing effect to decline.

3. FK-162LF is recommended to use as soon as possible after open the package, and please keep it tightly when not using it. 

【Package and Storage】
Package: 125kg each plastic drum. Storage: Half year under room temperature (0-40℃). Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place. No exposure to rain or sunlight.

Owing to the difference of dyeing machine and operating process in various factory, the process conditions cannot be claimed to be completely.

Thus, the actual application process of this product should be obtained by galley proof test before mass production.
