【Product Features】
FK-161D is a unique inhibitor, which when used before heat setting, protects nylon and spandex fabric from yellowing or shade changing at the high heat set temperatures. It doesn’t affect the dyeing performance and fiber strength of nylon and spandex fiber. FK-161D has good compatibility with other textile auxiliary agent (such as softener ) and can be used in one bath. 

Particularly, the fabric treated with FK-161D would not adsorb free formaldehyde in the air as it does not contain Adipic dihydrazide (ADH), which is a conventional inhibitor but has the problem of adsorption formaldehyde. 

Besides, FK-161D does not contain alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEO), formaldehyde or other unenvironment-friendly substances.

【Application area】

【Application method】
FK-161D is treated to the fabric by the padding method with the usage of 3-8 g/L.And pre-solution in warm water(50℃）is be ensure. 

【Package and Storage】
Package: 25kg each paper bag. 

Storage: One year under room temperature（0～40℃）. Keep tightly closed in a cool
and dry place. No exposure to rain or sunlingt.
