Product Features

Excellent water-repellent properties.

When used in conjunction with water and oil repellent enhancers,

it demonstrates superior recovery after washing and line-drying.

Soft hand feel, minimal color change, and light hand crease marks.

Suitable for a wide range of fibers, particularly well-suited for synthetic fiber fabrics.

Good stability and durability.

Free of APEO and PFCs

This product does not possess oil-repellent capabilities.

Applications

Requirements for water repellent finishing of fabrics such as interlinings, workwear, outdoor fabrics, etc.

Application Method

Pad-Dry-Cure process:

Pad (wet pick up of 50-80%) →Cure (150-180℃,3-0.5min)

Dosage for water repellent finishing:

CWR-1599: 40-80g/L 

Enhancers FK-21C: 10-20g/L  

Acetic acid: 0-2g/L

Penetrating agent FK-685（if need): 0-5g/L                      

Note

1. In order to ensure the best water repellency of non-fluorinated water repellent agent CWR-1599, the pH value of the working solution should be controlled at weak acid 5-7, if the pH value is too high, acetic acid can be added to adjust;

2. In order to maintain the stability of the working solution, the cloth surface should be treated cleanly, as far as possible without alkali and other surface active agents, the fabrics to be finishing should be fully washed and the necessary pickling;

3. This product can be easily dispersed into water, try to avoid high speed stirring when chemical material;

4. If you need to adjust the feel, try to avoid the use of silicone type softener, you can use fatty acid ester type softener with the bath, but must be used before the full test confirmation;

Non-fluorinated waterproofing agent CWR-1599 can be compatible with cationic and non-ionic additives, but must be fully confirmed before use of the test

Package and Storage

Package: 50kg plastic drum

Storage: Room temperature (0-40℃), 6 months, sealed and protected from exposure and freezing
