【Application area】 CTA-S is suitable for acid dyeing of nylon, wool and its blended fabrics and yarns.

【Application method】 For use in dyeing

                                           Dye X % o.w.f.

                                           Levelling agent:1.0 -2.0%

                                          CTA-S1: 0.3-0.5g/L (light color)

                                          CTA-S1:0.5-2.0g/L (medium and dark color)

【Note】 1. CTA-S1 in water will slowly hydrolyze, so it can not be prepared into aqueous solution in advance, and it should be ready to use.

2. Generally, it is added together with leveling agent at the starting temperature and must be tested by small sample before use. Excessive dosage will cause color flowers.

3. When the factory adopts the automatic feeding system to suck the material, the acid releasing agent must be extracted and transported to the liquid storage tank by a separate special pump. It is forbidden to flush the special conveying pump with water, which can prevent the acid releasing agent from being hydrolyzed in the pumping section and causing the phenomenon of dyeing flowers.
