【Product Features】

It has an affinity for both fibres and dyes, ensuring that dye molecules slowly and evenly colour the fibres, improving colour reproducibility.

It promotes the simultaneous dyeing of all dyes in blended colour formulations, achieving uniform colours with pure, bright hues.

It has good anti-staining properties and can effectively repair colour spots.

Particularly suitable for even dyeing of fluorescent dyes, it minimally affects fluorescence.

It effectively reduces edge colour differences on the fabric and can alleviate streaks caused by fibre variations.

It is compatible with fixing agents and can reduce the risk of fixing marks caused by residual levelling agents.

 Low foaming and free of APEO.

【Application area】

Suitable for various processes of nylon dyeing, especially for yarn and fabric dyeing that require high standards of even dyeing, stripe coverage and fastness performance

【Application method】

Recommended dye dosage:

Nylon Levelling Agent FK-459M: 0.5–3.0% o.w.f.

 (Light colours: 1.5–3.0% o.w.f., medium to dark colours: 0.5–1.5% o.w.f.)

1. Add the fabric to be dyed and run for 2–3 minutes;

2. Add this product FK-459M and circulate for 5–10 minutes;

3. Add acid releaser CTA-S 0.5–1.0% o.w.f., or add acetic acid 0.5–1.0g/L to adjust the pH to 4.0–4.5;

4. Add the dye and circulate for 5–10 minutes;

5.Raise the temperature to 98–100°C (heating rate: 1–2°C/min);

6. Maintain for 20–60 minutes;

7. Cool down, wash with water to fix the colour

【Note】

1. Ensure the pH during dyeing;

2. After using this product, seal the packaging tightly to prevent skinning caused by moisture evaporation when exposed to air.

【Package and Storage】

Package: 125kg each plastic drum.

Storage: Half year under room temperature (0-40 ℃ ). Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place. No exposure to rain or sunlight.
