【Applications】
Water repellent finishing for clothing, lining, tooling, outdoor fabrics etc.
【Application Method】
Pad-Dry-Cure process:
Pad (wet pick up of 50-80%)→Cure (150-180℃,3-0.5min)
Dosage for water repellent finishing:
CWR-8DY: 20-100g/L
FK-680: 0-5g/L

【Note】
1. Keep the pH range of padding bath at 5-7 to obtain maximum water repellency. If it changes to over 8, add acetic acid to adjust it;
2. Please deal with a clean cloth, as far as possible without alkali and other surface active agents for the stability of the working fluid. The finishing fabric should be washed thoroughly or the necessary acid-pickling;
3. Avoid high-speed mixing for CWR-8DY diluted easily by water;
4. Silicone softener should be avoided; softener including fatty acid esters can be used, but must be fully test;
5. Compatible of CWR-8DY with cationic and nonionic additives must be fully confirm before use

Storage: Room temperature (0-40℃), 6months, sealed and protected from exposure and freezing
