1.Performance introduction:
CTA-D is an ester compound with special structure, It is suitable for nylon or wool dyed with acid dyes.
Its initial pH is 6 to 7, With the increase of temperature, the minimum pH can be reduced to 3.5. So in the process of dyeing, It can do better leveling and uniform dyeing effect, Its reproducibility will be better.
It is no effect on the fastness of the fabric.

3.Application: Use in dyeing
Dyes X%(o.w.f)
Leveling agent 1-2%
CTA-D 0.3-0.5g/L(light color)
0.5-1.0g/L(Medium or deep color)
Note:
a) Acid releaser will slow hydrolysis in the water, so it can’t be prepared in advance into the solution;
b) Its used together with the leveling agent in the initial temperature of dyeing;
c) Before use must first through the sample test, Too much dosage may also cause uneven dyeing.
4.Package and Storage:
Package: 50Kg or 125Kg each package
Storage: 6 months under normal room temperature, avoid insolating.
